review: if you blink while driving down lincoln you might miss this place. small and ultra-casual, most of the people who frequent this place are filipino ex-pats looking for a cheap fix of home-cooked food. there is no menu at this place - you just stand at the counter and point to what you want - it helps to know a bit about filipino food. sampaguita offers favorites like adobo, lechon kawali, dinuguan (goat ' s blood) served with rice. merienda (snack) offerings like pancit palabok and leche flan are also available. if you know your filipino eats - you should give sampaguita fil-am a try - if you ' re a novice, test your wings elsewhere first before coming here!
