review: this restaurant is one of the few i 've ever had the priviledge of dining at where the food was prepared and assembled with the greatest of love for the dish he was creating. the service was impeccable....the sangia refreshing and the entertainment inviting. aliolis is a rare find anywhere...but especially in abilene. if you want a steak and potato place or a fast food all you can eat...then don 't eat here....if you love food and love good company and love the art of dining out and yet not paying too much...then visit this treasure of a restaurant.
i recommend you order the paella....be adventurous and try something more than pasta
