review: my father-in-law treated me to generous georges the first time about 7 years ago. i couldn 't believe how large the toppings were on the pizza. when every other pizza place tries to "cheap out " and give you less, they gave way more than i expected. my wife and i loved it so much that the next time i was in alexandria on business, i asked them to freeze one for me. they did, and i was able to fly home and surprise my wife with a delicious g.g. 's pizza.
i recommend you order the the mediterranean pizza (tomatoes and feta)

review: this place takes care of large parties so well, they take reservations only for groups of 20 or more. anything smaller they consider routine. the soft drink mugs are humongous, the food hearty and delicious.
i recommend you order the spaghetti w. clam sauce

review: never have we found a better restaurant for pizza in our lives! generous georges is the absolute best. you must try this place and you will know that every other pizza place suffers in comparison! we travel more than an hour 's drive to get to generous george 's and it is every bit worth the commute. they have pastas served on pizza dough! wonderful place for kids! couldn 't recommend more!
