review: when you first walk in the door at vermilion, you may be surprised at the fun bright decor you are greeted with. the staff is just as fun and friendly and the food is good. the blackened chicken alfredo is exceptional. the service can get a little slow toward the end of the lunch rush, but you can always get in and out in under an hour. try the french fries!!
i recommend you order the blackened chicken alfredo, french fries!!

review: i 've tried several of vermilion 's appetizers and lunch dishes and they have all been wonderful. the waitstaff is great. the lunch prices are reasonable. however, the dinner prices are a little pricey but not extravagantly so, especially for old town. i would highly recommend this restaurant. i am addicted!
i recommend you order the fish taco served with plantain, chicken sandwich (the best i 've had)

review: every week we have impromptu happy hours and every week we go to vermilion. the place is nice without being pretentious. the drinks and appetizers are generous. add to that a stream of young people and you have one fine place to decompress and meet some new friends.

review: i had a great time at vermilion. the food was quite good and the service was friendly and professional. though dinner was nice their bar was fantastic. the bartenders were fun and efficient. the atmosphere is the best in old town and in time i bet it will get even better. it is sometimes hard to belive that they just opened a couple of months ago.
i recommend you order the fish specials, mine was a stuffed flounder
