review: the last two times i went to go pick up pies from the bakery i was ignored. my presence was not acknowledged both times for at least five minutes. the first time i just left. the second time i asked the cashier if there was anyone else that could help me with a pie. she told me to wait, in an irritated tone of voice. she flew my change back to me and did not apologize for making me wait or thank me for my business. i left because at that point, my blood was boiling. i will never go back. if you enjoy driving around in circles for parking and being treated like dirt by the workers, anna miller 's is the place for you.

review: used to go regularly with friends in the late 1970s and it was a crowded, busy, haphazard experience back then. the big draw was the generous portions of desserts, but they always tasted of artificial ingredients, more plastic than they looked! now you can ' t even get in the parking lot, much less the restaurant. surprised to see it ' s still there!

review: on sept. 18, my very much pregnant daughter and i had lunch at anna miller 's after her doctor 's appointment. the food was good but a busboy cleaning the table behind us stacked 7 glasses together and they fell over with a loud noise that startled most of patrons in the area and drink was slung across my daughter 's hair and back and all over the glass window. the man did not apologize but did bring napkins to wipe off the beverages. they also cleaned the window but there was no apology and i guess the incident was not reported by the man who did it and we did not say anything that time. we did enjoy the meal and and my daughter realized she was in labor while we were dining. two weeks later (oct.1) we decided to eat dinner at this spot again to celebrate the 2 week milestone after the baby was born. our first meal out! after bad traffic and difficulty parking, we entered the resturant and was seated rather quickly but waited a very long time for our order to be taken. a waitress raced by us several times with excuses why "she would be with us in a moment ". after a long wait, we ordered and again it was much too long before our order was served. when our plates arrived and we began eating, my daughter noticed her chicken was not cooked thoroughly and we called the waitress back. she agreed and took it back. i proceeded to eat and feed the 2 year old and the 2 week old slept. we had planned this dinner in a 3 hour "window " between breastfeedings. when the 2nd plate came back my daughter began to eat and found her chicken still pinkish-red and texture appeared not cooked "done ". we called the waitress and she removed the plate again. my daughter had not eaten any thing on the plate and we decided to ask for a different entree. before the plate was brought back, i was finished eating; the 2 year old was fussy and wanted to go home; and the 2 week old was ready for the next feeding. at this time, the waitress appearred again and said the plate would be out soon and we requested that it be prepared to go since we had to leave. we were given the takout plate in a bag but no apologies, they removed the charge of the chicken but recharged us for the pork chop which was actually more. i was pretty irate by now. i explained the situation to the cashier and assistant manager and i did not receive the courteous atention i expected. i explained the situation several times...told them i was not satisfied with the charge and then pulled out a coupon for $1 off one of the homemade pies that we intended to purchase to take home. the coupon was given to us on our first trip to the diner. the manager looked at the coupon and said "this coupon is expired ". it had expired the sept. 30, this was oct.1. instead of trying to "fix " the experience we had i could not believe she had that attitude. after another round, we were given a pie but was still charged for the full meal. this was a very unplesant dinner and we will not return to anna miller 's for any more meals.
i recommend you order the do not recommend chicken
