review: good food, attentive service, nice ambience. i 'd recommend it for an after work dinner, a casual (and affordable) first date, or a celebration. the hamilton st. location has a wider food selection and a slightly more formal 'feel '. the washington ave. location is a little more casual.
i recommend you order the shrimp enchilada with mole sauce, paella

review: exelent service, food and ambiance, loved the place alot. i am from puebla mexico, and it seemed like i was eating at home. a lot of poblano dishes.
i recommend you order the mole poblano

review: as a native of mexico, i can attest to the fact that the food at el mariachi is authentic. the athmosphere is comfortable and the service courteous and prompt. for those who would rather not have mexican food, their spanish fare (while a little bland for my taste) is also very good.
i recommend you order the mole poblano
